NPO Radio 2 was again the most listened to radio station in the Netherlands last week. The channel’s market share increased by 0.9 percentage points to 14.5 percent. Last week the ‘Royal 500’ was heard on Radio 2 and since the introduction of the new measurement method, you have seen that radio stations score better in weeks that they broadcast a list or theme week.
Qmusic remains stable at number 1 in the Netherlands with 11.8 percent, followed by Radio 10, which, despite losing slightly, had a market share of 9.1 percent. Sky Radio also did well last week and with a market share of 9.0 percent, it is larger than Radio 538, which lost somewhat and had a market share of 8.9 percent.
Across the board, the listening figures last week were surprisingly stable compared to week 16.
