Last year with Go Fest 2023, many players were already able to obtain a Diancie. Today at 10 a.m. a Special Research will be released where all other Pokémon GO players can unlock their own Diancie if you don’t have one yet. Unfortunately for those who already have a Diancie, these players receive extra Diancie Candy. Below you can see the steps of the Special Research: Glitz and Glam:
Glitz and Glam 1/6:
- Spin 5 PokéStops or Gyms – 5 Poké Balls
- Power up Pokémon 10 times – Nosepass*
- Catch 20 Pokémon – 3 Pinap Berries
- Reward: 2000 XP, Roggenrola*, Lure
Glitz and Glam 2/6:
- Complete 5 Field Research tasks – Spritzee*
- Power up Pokémon 20 times – 3 Pinap Berries
- Use 20 berries to help catch Pokémon – Swirlix*
- Reward: 2000 XP, Sableye*, Incense
Glitz and Glam 3/6:
- Use an Incense -15 Poké Balls
- Power up Pokémon 20 times – Onix*
- Catch 15 different species of Pokémon – 3 Pinap Berries
- Reward: 2000 XP, Carbink, Lucky Egg
Glitz and Glam 4/6:
- Complete 5 Field Research tasks – 10 Poké Balls
- Power up Pokémon 5 times – 10 Great Balls
- Catch 30 Pokémon – 10 Ultra Balls
- Reward: 2000 XP, Diancie, 2000 Stardust
- Reward if you already have Diancie: 2000 XP, 25 Diancie Candy, 2000 Stardust
Glitz and Glam 5/6:
- Evolve 5 Pokémon – Rare Candy
- Power up 15 Fairy-type Pokémon – Rare Candy
- Power up 15 Rock-type Pokémon – Rere Candy
- reward: 2000 XP, 300 Diancie Mega Energy, 3 Golden Razz Berries
Glitz and Glam 6/6:
- Claim reward: 2000 XP
- Claim reward: 2000 Stardust
- Claim reward: 2000 XP
