The men race through Amsterdam to the café in Oos’s mini pickle car. “Anywhere you can’t drive a car, you can drive that cart. It’s fantastic.”

Once the friends are seated, Oos gets a call from the business again. “He can really enjoy himself, I’m quite jealous of that,” the pickle entrepreneur later says about his friend. “Well, jealous… At least he takes the time to enjoy himself and I should do that a little more,” he muses.

“Are you ready for some more free time? Or do you think: I’m going to get so old?” Louis Paul then asks him. Oos says that more people ask him that. “Those guys are doing very well, but they are not there yet and you know, you also want to have the feeling that everything is going well when you leave. But that will happen, I am convinced of that,” he explains.

The outing with his friend did him good. Oos beams from the pleasant afternoon: “That was so much fun that I would actually like to do that much more often.”
