Crypto market sees $445 million evaporate after Bitcoin crash

In a heady 24 hours, bitcoin (BTC) and virtually the entire crypto market has taken a remarkable hit. Crypto traders in particular have had a hard time and have witnessed liquidations worth almost half a billion dollars. This evaporation followed the recent fall in the bitcoin price to below $66,000.
