When the cameras aren’t rolling, he turns out not to be a happy teddy bear at all, but a bully with diva behavior.
No appreciation for employees
That he felt superior to the employees of The Late Late Show came out via the social news site Reddit. It was written that James had once dropped in unannounced at a meeting of the Writers Guild of America, an organization of screenwriters. There he had proposed cutting costs for beginning writers by not giving them a salary, but only a minimal internship allowance. Not exactly appreciated here! The fact that James had no connection at all with his colleagues became painfully clear when he was asked by host Jimmy Kimmel if he could name his cameramen during the program segment Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts. He didn’t even know two in full! J
Restaurant ban
James’ disgusting behavior wasn’t just limited to the TV studios. For example, someone wrote on Twitter that James once went crazy on an airplane, especially to his wife, who couldn’t calm down a crying child. On the social news site Reddit, someone once wrote to have spotted James in a restaurant with singer Harry Styles. “James really acted like an asshole. He treated the service like garbage. When asked to calm down, he went berserk. He looked like a drunken panda.’
