Gers Pardoelen has been arguing with Sélina van Gool, the mother of his two children, for a long time. Gers claims his children through a lawsuit. “Contact has been suspended for years.”

After a relationship of thirteen years, Gers and Sélina ended up in a contested divorce. “In which there are accusations of trespassing, intimidation, violence and threats,” reports juice channel Realityfbi. Earlier this year, the court rejected several requests from Gers. “Including a visitation arrangement with his children and the fine of 1,000 euros per day that he wanted to receive if he was not allowed to see his children.”

Court case

On November 1, the two ex-lovers faced each other again in court. “For a case initiated by Gers. This time he demands the children’s main residence and that his ex-wife see the children once every fortnight. He is also demanding another fine of 1,000 euros per day that he has not been allowed to see his children,” the channel explains.

Contact suspended

According to Realityfbi, the children have been living with Sélina since 2016. Sélina explains more on Instagram. She writes that the situation hurts her. “There was a lot of shame and it cost me and my immediate environment a lot of energy, money and time,” says Sélina. “At the moment, contact and contact between the man I had children with and my children has been suspended and we have peace.”

Verdict

At the same time, Sélina is waiting for the verdict of the case on November 1. “A case, again initiated by this man. The demands, absurd. But more about this later.”
