Lawrence already became world famous in her early 20s thanks to her leading role in the beloved Hunger Gamesfranchise. After this she had the roles up for grabs. She once again managed to score well in, among other things, Silver Linings Playbook and American Hustle.
Striking project
In 2018, the Oscar-winning actress signed on Red Sparrow, in which she takes on the role of Dominika Egorova. She is recruited against her will by the Russian secret services as a sparrow, someone who must gain information about the American intelligence services.
All means are permitted. Her first assignment is to seduce CIA agent Nathaniel Nash. The two soon find themselves at odds with each other. Things get even more difficult when Dominika is recruited into the CIA to find a traitor in Washington. At the same time, she is recalled by Putin to work for his own security service.
Spicy scenes
The blockbuster contains the necessary ‘exciting moments’, including a scene in which Lawrence can even be seen naked. Despite the fact that this was the actress’s first time taking off her clothes for a film, she enjoyed doing so.
The reason for this? Four years before Red Sparrow came out, nude photos of the actress appeared on the internet. These were stolen by a hacker, who then distributed them. Lawrence wanted to ‘get her body back’ with the film.

For example, Lawrence said:Something was taken from me, but I took it back. This is my body and my choice. And if you don’t like boobs, well, you better not watch ‘Red Sparrow’…“. Earlier this year, the actress took off her clothes again, this time in No Hard Feelings.
