Looking backWEST BRABANT – Decorated bicycles, games on the football field, a conductor who gave his last aubade after 65 years (!). There was once again plenty to do on King’s Day. A selection of the activities:

Completely upside down in Welberg

It was pleasantly busy during the children's afternoon of the Brabantse Wal Festival. The children were entertained with various activities outside and inside the festival grounds. For example, some sense of rhythm was taught with a drumming lesson.

Free market at De Schakel in Gilze. In addition to buying and selling all kinds of trinkets, children could have their faces painted, have fun on the obstacle course and enjoy free cotton candy. The St. Ambrosius Shooters Guild provided a special event: shooting tableware. Oliver just shot one of them.

Team Broxy simply stacks 23 nuts on top of each other in Disk

The Orange Masters were held in the Pastorietuin in Schijf. With seven games and a final game. Eleven teams took part in the fun competition, which included a modern version of nail pooping, beer pong and stacking nuts.
