Suspect Luca M. would have been arrested on Tuesday in his mother’s home in Sittard and would have been having problems with a group of young people, including Xavier, for a while.

The video would show how the group kneels forcing Luca to apologize and is addressed threateningly. According to witnesses, Xavier Durlinger would be there when the video was recorded. In another audio clip, Luca says: “I’ll kill that boy, put my name on his stomach. My signature. He must never, never, ever talk about me again,” referring to Xavier.

According to several attendees, Luca would also have walked along during the silent march that was held for Xavier last Wednesday.

Durlinger’s lawyer and the police will not answer questions, as the suspect is in restriction.
