Lisa is a young woman, in her early twenties. Her thinking level is that of a five to seven year old, and her development level is that of a child from one and a half to three years old. She lives in a care institution, where she is supervised by Alex.
According to Lisa, things went wrong when Alex helped her shave. He also touched her vagina, and when he helped her apply body lotion, he touched her breasts unwantedly. According to Alex, that was not the case: he had indeed rubbed her, but only in places she could not reach and the shaving was at her request.
