   Henderson returns to the starting line-up

   Jordan Henderson returns to Ajax’s starting line-up for the away match against FC Volendam. The midfielder suffered from a hamstring injury while playing for the England national team, which he sustained during an away match against Sparta in mid-March. He first recuperated in England and spent the past two weeks working on his recovery at Ajax.

   Brian Brobbey starts as striker for the Amsterdam team. The attacker dropped out in the first half of the last match against Excelsior (2-2) with hamstring complaints.

   Steven Berghuis is also back in the selection. The midfielder and forward starts on the bench. Berghuis has been sidelined since the end of February with a knee injury and back problems.

   Steven Bergwijn and Benjamin Tahirović are suspended. Kristian Hlynsson is still injured.

   Ajax line-up: Rulli; Rensch, Sutalo, Kaplan, Hato; Mannsverk, Henderson, Taylor, Akpom, Brobbey and Godts.
