Losing is never fun. But when you can become the owner of a completely renovated home without having to pay a single cent for it, that loss tastes even more sour. Eline and Younes can experience that firsthand, because the couple lost the final of ‘House made’ on Wednesday. Not them, but underdogs Cedric and Anaïs took the win. In the meantime, a crowdfunding campaign for the losers has already been set up. “A bitter pill to swallow”, says the organizer of the action. “We enjoyed your adventure so much, you two, without any experience. You did a wonderful job on that trail. It was a tough battle. The competition was fierce. But you deserve it at least as hard… That’s why we hope we can help you and Lena (Eline’s daughter, ed.) can give you a boost to make your dream come true (again). Every cent, every euro, every (virtual) note is appreciated.”

If you would like to donate something to Eline and Younes, you can do so here.
