VodafoneZiggo has an attractive tailor-made offer for anyone interested in fixed services from Ziggo. The company informs Totaal TV about this.

In response to a comment by a Ziggo employee on its own customer-help-customer community forum, Totaal TV asked VodafoneZiggo for a substantive response. An existing Ziggo customer reported that for the first time in five years, he was not offered a discount when the contract was extended. The Ziggo employee on the forum replied that in some cases it is better to switch the supplier of fixed services every year, because in this way you can benefit from welcome discounts every year. This comment is striking for several reasons. For example, Ziggo and KPN currently offer regular customers varying discounts if the contract-free subscription is again concluded with a contract-fixed term. As it turns out, this option does not apply to all customers.
Spokesperson Ronald van der Aart responds on behalf of VodafoneZiggo: “Everyone is welcome at VodafoneZiggo. And we have an attractive tailor-made offer for everyone. That is necessary, because there is a lot of choice in the market. People choose the supplier that best suits their needs and we are therefore happy that we can serve everyone with a wide range of entertainment, with the smart Next Mini media box, with super fast and stable internet with download speeds of up to 1 Gbps and with a powerful 5G network for mobile telephony.”
Ziggo currently has an attractive offer where new customers can receive a 50 percent discount on a subscription with TV and internet for up to 12 months. When purchasing the most expensive GIGA subscription, the discount can increase to more than 500 euros during the annual contract to be concluded.
