During her pregnancy, Dyantha gained thirty kilos. Her goal was to lose these pounds within three months, but that didn’t go as planned. Her son is not really a good sleeper. “I didn’t sleep for nights and didn’t have the energy to eat healthy or think about exercising,” she says. “When I was about to go back to work, I did go to the gym, but I mostly walked around in a daze because I was so tired.”

Losing weight did not work – the presenter even gained kilos. Still, she eventually managed to lose her pregnancy pounds. “I started eating much more consciously. More proteins, fewer carbohydrates and less binge eating.” She also kept track of what she ate every day to gain more insight into her calorie intake.

Midlife crisis

Dyantha has been able to significantly upgrade her wardrobe. It mainly consists of crop tops, she says Beau Monde. “Sometimes I think I’m having a midlife crisis. On the other hand, I am now living my best life. I worked really hard on this figure and for the first time I feel like I don’t have to hide my body anymore.”

To keep it that way, she spends a lot of time dosing. “I used to be able to eat my fill almost the entire week. On Tuesday and Wednesday I had two healthy days and on Thursday the party started again. Now I can keep more size.” The presenter also exercises a lot. “I swear by strength training, it is the greatest life hack. You make your muscles stronger, so you burn more and can therefore eat more.”
