Ziggo customers will face an increase in subscription costs for internet, TV and telephone as of July 1. From that date, internet will become 1 euro per month more expensive. The rate for fixed telephony will increase by 1.20 euros. The exact increase depends on your subscription. Do you watch cable TV? Then from July you will pay 0.87 euros more per month. Customers of internet and TV together will see the monthly rate for TV increase by 1.20 euros.

The provider implements the price increase as an inflation correction. In 2023, this caused a very sharp increase in subscription prices, due to the higher inflation at the time. On average, the monthly subscription price increased by 8.5 percent last summer.

Providers may pass on increased inflation

Providers may increase rates every year as part of an inflation adjustment. As a customer, you may not use this as a reason to terminate your contract prematurely.

If your subscription price changes this year, Ziggo will send an email, letter or report this on the invoice.
