For years, a street party was traditionally organized twice a year in the Julianastraat: one on the evening before King’s Day and one on the evening of the Alphen Annual Market. However, this year the catering establishments in Julianastraat have decided not to organize a street party during King’s Night.
This decision was made because of the many rules that the organizers would have to comply with, which makes the party too expensive. Instead, Bar Amsterdam, Alle Hens and Schatjes will organize parties individually:
Bar Amsterdam
On April 26, 2024, none other than Michel de Hey will come to Bar Amsterdam for a special tech-house edition called: LOCOLOCO X BAR AMSTERDAM! He will be assisted by Boyano, Donny-Ray and B Sassy. Babies
On King’s Night, Schatjes will party during OranjeSfeeren with DJ Ro and Do. From 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM you can dance to the best hits. Entrance is 18+ and completely free. This evening they have a special promotion: five beers for €10 and six shots for €10.
On King’s Day everyone is welcome during Red, White and Bullet Blue with DJ Ro. From 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM with free entrance. Everyone over the age of 18 is welcome and full is full. There are various deals on bottled drinks throughout the night. View the Schatjes page here.
All Hens
Celebrate our king’s birthday with Alle Hens! Come visit us on King’s Night and/or King’s Day. On both days you are welcome from 3:00 PM and DJ Anthony will make it a party again. Read more here.
