There is a chance that Graham Potter will become the new trainer of Feyenoord, it is known The Telegraph-journalist Marcel van der Kraan to report in a video item from the newspaper.

The Telesport chief mentions a number of reasons why Potter would prefer to work in Rotterdam rather than Amsterdam. “Feyenoord is in much better shape and is much better organized.”

“Potter has his reservations about Ajax. He believes that the organization is not in a good position there. That was also the case at Chelsea and so he wants the next club to be completely in order organizationally. And that is Feyenoord.”

Van der Kraan thinks that Potter would prefer to work for Manchester United. “If Man United fire Erik ten Hag and they approach Potter, he will choose that.” A remarkable statement from Van der Kraan, as there is also administrative chaos at Manchester United at the moment.

However, the best credentials for the head coach position at Feyenoord are in the hands of Marino Pusic. The former assistant of Arne Slot is currently head coach at Shakhtar Donetsk, but can return to the Netherlands.

“He is of course in a difficult situation with the club, because of the war in Ukraine. His family still lives in the Netherlands and his son plays in the youth team for Feyenoord.”

“He is also good with the players, is a people manager, did well in the Champions League, so there are many reasons for Feyenoord to work with him.”
