It has been a household name on the housing market for 20 years. Lately, the original Open House Day did not take place because the housing supply was so small that there were too few homes to view and of course Covid ’19.
Instead, consumers could make an appointment with an NVM broker. They received expert and personal advice on various housing issues. The results were good and the participants satisfied. That is why the NVM will continue with this. In addition to the real NVM Open House Day on October 1, there is also the possibility for a personal appointment with an NVM broker. Joining is super easy.
Chris van Zantwijk of the NVM explains: “The NVM Open House Day has proven itself for many years. Being able to visit various homes without obligation is what makes our NVM Open House Day so popular. We are now going to rectify that. Consumers can therefore view houses themselves on 1 October. Nevertheless, we are also looking for improvements that meet the needs of the home (seller) buyer. Last year we used the new set-up of the NVM Open House Day for this purpose. The results confirm that we also meet a clear need with this. So we’re going to continue with that. Consumers can make a personal appointment with an NVM broker at www.openhuizendag.nl.
Consumers with housing questions can already visit the special website www.openhuizendag.nl. The information automatically arrives at the NVM estate agent via email, who then confirms the appointment. This can be at the consumer’s home, at the office of the NVM broker or possibly online.
