That the residential boulevard is a popular Easter outing is evident this Monday in Oldenzaal and Almelo. The parking spaces are full and the owners of both boulevards have doubled their staff. However, crowding into the aisles is not an option. It’s ‘nicely busy’, that’s what they call it.
