According to Opera, the new feature is included in a new version of Opera One Developer. This developer version of the browser can be downloaded from the Opera website. Some language models are several gigabytes in size, while others require tens of gigabytes of storage space.

Opera uses Ollama. This is an open source framework that allows users to run LLMs locally. According to TechCrunch, the language models that Opera offers also belong to the Ollama libraries. Opera would also like to offer its own selected LLMs at a later date.
