A rear-end collision occurred in the Benlux tunnel towards The Hague. Three cars collided for unknown reasons. According to the police, there was mainly damage to the bodywork and one person had mild pain complaints.

The left tunnel tube towards the north is closed and is expected to last until approximately 11:15 am.

A car drove into a ditch on the Nieuwe Hoefweg in Bleiswijk early Wednesday morning. The driver had shown strange driving behavior moments before and hit a guardrail and another car.

The driver then drove into the ditch and then climbed out of the car himself. According to the police, he appeared confused and the man was arrested. He was also taken to hospital for examination.

Two lanes of the A16 from Rotterdam to Breda were closed for an hour and a half at Zevenbergschen Hoek after an accident. This would include a truck involved.

The closure caused a traffic jam in our region. From Dordrecht you were stuck for about four kilometers.
