PSV managed to become definitive champions of the Netherlands on Sunday by defeating Sparta Rotterdam on their own field. The visitors made it difficult for PSV in the first half, but after the break the Eindhoven team put things in order: 4-2. At the same time, RKC Waalwijk was doing well in the battle for relegation. The Waalwijkers left no stone unturned against Heracles Almelo by winning 0-5. With the victory, Henk Fraser’s team climbs over Excelsior – which will play against NEC tomorrow – to the safe fifteenth place.

FC Utrecht, which is already assured of a place in the play-offs, will play against relegated Vitesse in Stadion Galgenwaard. Just like last week, the Arnhem team can play outlawed. Then Fortuna Sittard was defeated 3-2. AZ hosts FC Twente on its own field. The Alkmaarders must win to keep an eye on third place in the Eredivisie. The hole to The Tukkers in currently five points.

Feyenoord closes round 32 in the Eredivisie with a home match against PEC Zwolle, which actually doesn’t matter anymore. Feyenoord is also certain that it will finish in second place. Still, they want to end the last matches under Arne Slot as well as possible.
