PSV became champions of the Netherlands on Sunday afternoon with a victory over Sparta Rotterdam. What do we know about PSV’s celebration in Eindhoven?

When is the PSV ceremony?

The ceremony will take place the day after the match, so that’s it Monday, May 6th. The PSV selection will do a lap of honor in the Philips Stadium at 3.45 pm. The tribute program in the stadium lasts from 3:45 PM to 4:30 PM. After the lap of honour, the PSV selection and staff will leave on the flatbed for City Hall.

Program on the day of the ceremony

3:00 PM – Start festivities at Stadhuisplein, Markt and 18 Septemberplein

3:45 p.m – Start festivities at the Philips Stadium

5 p.m – Departure of the PSV selection and staff from the Philips Stadium, route through the city

6:45 p.m – Expected arrival at Stadhuisplein

19:00 – Honoring on the steps of the Town Hall

8 p.m – End of program Stadhuisplein, Markt and 18 Septemberplein

Fans can also visit the 18 Septemberplein and the Markt to watch the ceremony on large screens. And when it is busy, also on Catharinaplein and the Oude Stadsgracht. In addition to these event locations, there are also initiatives (outdoor bars) at certain locations in the rest of the city on the day of the ceremony.
