Several crew members are on the set of the upcoming film The Pickup injured while filming an action scene. American media report that things went wrong on the set of the film starring Eddie Murphy last Saturday.
A spokesperson for Amazon Studios said in a statement to Deadline that the scene did not go as planned. “Several members of the crew were injured as a result,” the spokesperson said. The studio is still investigating what exactly happened. According to the AP news agency, two people had to be hospitalized.
The Pickup is a heist movie starring Eddie Murphy. The film is directed by Tim Story. Nothing is known about the plot yet. No release date has been announced yet. In addition to Eddie Murphy, Keke Palmer and Pete Davidson also star in the film. None of the three actors were on set when the accident happened.
