Carlo Boszhard has so far been unable to sell his villa in Landsmeer. He put it up for sale last year for 1,298,011 euros and recently took it off the market.

DISCOUNT

Carlo has put the villa back on sale today for an asking price of 1,198,011 euros, or he is giving a discount of exactly 100,000 euros. He bought this villa in January 2000 for a price of 630,755 euros, so if you sell at this asking price you can still make a nice profit of 567,256.

NEW VILLA

Hopefully he will find a buyer for his villa at the new asking price. Carlo and his friend Herald Adolfs have bought a new villa in Landsmeer for the price of 2,195,000 euros. The photos show that they have decorated their old home very tastefully.

So hopefully it’s only a matter of time before the buyer comes forward. Dave Roelvink recently put his apartment in Landsmeer up for sale. He now lives in a rental apartment in PC Hooftstraat in Amsterdam.
