Drake has taken offline a song in which rapper Tupac’s voice was imitated using artificial intelligence (AI). The relatives of Tupac, who died in 1996, had previously threatened legal action.

Entertainment website reports this Billboard.

In Taylor Made Freestyle, a so-called diss track, Drake took aim at fellow rapper Kendrick Lamar. The song is a new development in the rivalry between the rappers, who often verbally attack each other in their songs.

Drake had shared the song on his social media channels last Friday. Tupac’s relatives were not pleased with the use of his voice in the song. The heirs’ lawyer therefore sent a letter demanding that Drake take the song offline.
