The Zeeuws-Vlaanderen Marathon seems more popular than ever. For the first time in the 14-year history of the event, the running part is already full upon pre-registration. This also applies to the relay marathon. It is still possible to register for the walking marathon and the waiting runs.
The weekend of March 20 and 21 is dedicated to the Zeeuws-Vlaanderen Marathon. Saturday is the day for the runners and on Sunday there will be a walk from the Grote Markt in Hulst to the Market in Terneuzen.
The organization has been using a limit of 750 starters for the marathon for a number of years. This number was almost reached on a number of occasions, but this year, for the first time, all available starting numbers have been sent out upon pre-registration. In any case, with Leonie Ton and Leendert van der Lugt, last year’s winner and winner are on the starting list.
Registration for the walking marathon and the waiting runs is still open until March 31. You can register via the website www.marathonzvl.nl. It is also possible to register on the day itself for both these parts and for the Kids Run.
