Cityplaza introduces a new shopping concept for 1 day: The Pop-Up shop

--

Last Friday, the Pop-Up Shop officially opened its doors, as a follow-up initiative to the successful Closet Sale. A store concept that offers commercial parties the opportunity to have their own store for at least one day, without long-term contracts. The store is ideal for (starting) entrepreneurs, webshop owners and other parties who want to present their products or services at a premium location in a large regional shopping center. While The Closet Sale focuses on private sellers of second-hand items, the Pop-Up Shop offers a platform for commercial entrepreneurs.

The Pop-Up Shop allows entrepreneurs to rent space for one or more days at a special rate. This offers them the perfect opportunity to experiment with a physical store environment, without committing to long-term contracts. Existing tenants of Cityplaza will also have the opportunity to use the store for product launches or selling excess stock.

‘Last weekend was a great success and I really see the Pop-up Shop as an opportunity as a webshop owner. With minimal effort, I was able to physically meet my clients and experience the potential power of a physical location. The Pop-Up Shop is perfectly equipped – all you have to do is bring your products and you’re ready to open!’said Kimberly from the online By Kim Store, the first entrepreneur of the Pop-Up Shop.

The store, a sustainably designed space using only recycled items, is equipped with all the essentials, including a counter, clothes racks, coat racks, mirrors, cabinets and decorative elements, allowing tenants to present their products or services in an attractive way. Whether it concerns clothing, chocolate or jewelry, there is room for all kinds of products in the Pop-Up Shop. The flexible layout of the store makes it possible to adapt the space to your own wishes, whether it means increasing or decreasing the surface area, removing or adding furniture. This offers entrepreneurs the freedom to present their products in a unique and attractive way.

Would you like a Pop-Up Shop sometime?
The Pop-Up Shop can be booked from 99 euros per day and the Pop-Up concept was developed in collaboration with the De Ruilfabriek Foundation, a charity organization that believes and works from the RUIL economy.
