“We will count the 200,000th camper in the Netherlands this year, which means roughly a doubling compared to ten years ago. Especially since corona, the popularity of camping has accelerated,” says KCI chairman Leo Diepemaat around the start of the event. new camping season.

According to him, the latter is also noticeable in the total figures for the caravans. “Previously, these numbers decreased at approximately the same rate as the camper population increased. Delivery problems
