The traffic situation in the city is changing to make way for King’s Day. In the free market area (within the purple line on the map) a parking ban applies from Friday April 26 at 3 p.m. to Saturday April 27 at midnight. The area is then closed to traffic. The event area (within the orange line on the map) is also not accessible by car. For example, from Friday April 26 at 3 p.m. to Saturday April 27 at midnight, you can leave the event area by car, but not enter it.

Do you want to visit the flea market or event area? The best way to reach the city is on foot, by bike or by public transport. You can store your bicycle in one of the many bicycle sheds in the city center. Are you coming by public transport? From Utrecht Central Station it is a 15-minute walk to the fun.
