King’s Day Ritthem
Can’t the party start early enough for you? In Ritthem it starts on Friday evening, April 26, during King’s Night. The Ritthem game evening starts at 7 p.m. in the Dorpsstraat. Everyone can participate with old Dutch games. There is also a bouncy castle for the youth. You don’t have to register to participate.
Would you rather have a party? At 9 p.m. there will be a celebration during King’s Night in the Ons Dorpsleven village hall. There, a live DJ plays music from the current top 40 but also classics.
Royal day
A day later the festivities continue happily. After the bells are rung at 8:45 am, the day starts at 9:00 am with a noise parade through the village. Children’s games will then start at 9.15 am. Adults can compete during the four-way event in the Dorpsstraat. You can register for this by sending an email to [email protected]. On King’s Day itself you can register your team until 12 noon at Zuidweteringstraat 11.
In the evening there will be a party program from 7 p.m. with musical chairs for youth and adults. A performance by the Onda music association, a wedding pulling competition and a lantern parade.
