ALBUFEIRA – 75-year-old Jan Gebbink from the Gelderland village of Tussender has been missing in Albufeira in Portugal since Sunday evening. His family is desperate: “My father has dementia and cannot return himself,” his daughter Simone Gebbink told De Telegraaf.
