Start times opening time trial Tour of the Basque Country – Evenepoel, Vingegaard and Roglic start very early

The top favorites for overall victory in the Tour of the Basque Country come into action early in the opening time trial. Jonas Vingegaard, Remco Evenepoel, Primoz Roglic and Juan Ayuso all start before 3 p.m., while the TV broadcast only starts at 3.30 p.m. CyclingFlits list the most important times.

The opening time trial starts at 2:10 PM, when Damien Howson (Q36.5) rolls off the starting podium. The riders will then start with an interval of 1 minute in Irun for a time trial of ten kilometers, with a slope of one and a half kilometers halfway. Pieter Serry (Soudal Quick-Step) closes the line at 5:17 p.m.
