‘We underestimated how good he is’

The men at the table Studio Football are once again deeply impressed by PSV’s performance. The future champion rolled over SC Heerenveen on Thursday and recorded his biggest Eredivisie away victory in club history (0-8 win).

“I do have the feeling that we underestimated a bit how good he (Bosz, ed.) is,” Van der Vaart then begins his eulogy. “In any case, he is a trainer after my own heart, who actually says ‘I don’t want to become a champion, but I want to entertain people’. I love that.”

“People always say it’s about prizes, but he now has a prize with great football. In the Netherlands he is often criticized, so I thought: I don’t completely agree with that.”

“He will probably become an almost undefeated champion,” Van der Vaart continues. “That’s an amazing trainer, he really does something for PSV. Heerenveen is really not a bad team, but if you are so strong on the ball, these kinds of things can happen.”
