YouTube channel Nerdforge has built a working PC with a built-in coffee grinder and burner. The YouTuber wants to use the device daily and promises to provide updates on its operation.

Nerdforge started with a Corsair 1000D as the case. In it, he built a custom coffee grinder and coffee maker at the front. He also had to trim the Corsair 1000D to make room for the coffee equipment. In addition, the housing is finished with stained wood both inside and out. The PC includes an Intel Core i7-14700K and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti.

When building the computer, Nerdforge took a number of potential problems into account. To prevent excessive humidity and heat in the case, the YouTuber made sure that the computer’s airflow is from the rear fans to the front. This way, the hot coffee air does not come close to the components.

The housing is also equipped with sensors that ensure that coffee cannot be made if there is no coffee cup under the machine. In this way, Nerdforge wants to prevent coffee from accidentally spilling in the machine. There is also an Arduino in the system, which synchronizes the timing of the coffee grinder and the coffee maker.

The YouTuber has planned to use the coffee PC daily in the future. Nerdforge promises to provide updates on social media to demonstrate how the device works after a few months. The YouTuber also wants to demonstrate what adjustments are needed to the PC.
