The Spanish police suspect Amsterdammer Dennis K. (26), better known as rapper Bofplace, of having killed his mother. That reports the AD. The 61-year-old mother was found dead in an apartment in Estepona, a town in southern Spain, where she was allegedly assaulted and strangled by her own son.
K.’s mother is said to have flown to Málaga at the beginning of this week after warnings about her son’s strange behavior. The couple with whom K. was staying informed the mother after they felt forced to leave the house due to his violent behavior. The mother flew to Spain, was picked up by the couple from the airport and taken to the apartment. There, behind closed doors, she wanted to talk to her son alone.
A day later, the couple who owns the apartment was informed by a neighbor who thought it suspicious that the front door was open. The couple found the mother’s body, beaten and strangled.
Conflict
Dennis K. was arrested yesterday by the Spanish police when he was upset behind the wheel on a highway. Spanish media write that he was under the influence of drugs and had to be sedated with medication. K. will still undergo a psychiatric examination.
The suspect is known to the police and the judiciary. In January, for example, he would have shot a member of Zone6, the rap formation led by JoeyAK, at a party in Suriname.
