UpdateToday, theater employee Benoit D. (35) is on trial for possession and distribution of child pornography. He exchanged those images with radio maker Sven Pichal (44) and musical actor Reuben DB (34), but he is now the first of the three to appear in court. The other two suspects will each receive a separate trial later. Benoit D. is also accused of abuse and rape of two underage boys, with one aggravating circumstance likely to play a role in the sentencing. The public prosecutor has already demanded 7 years in prison.
