Unfortunately, the last season had… Married at first sight little success. The majority of the couples broke up before the final episode. Jeppe and Jantine were the happy exception.
On to the future
Last week they were finally allowed to share it: Jeppe and Jantine are after the recording of Married at first sight still married. “It was a beautiful and special adventure in which we found each other,” the couple wrote on Instagram in a joint message. ‘We are going to enjoy our life together and look forward to the future!’
Expert Evelien Stallaart, sexologist and psychologist in the program, talked in the talk show BEAU to have every confidence in the match. “On the honeymoon I saw the sparkle between the two. So I thought: that must be good.”
Milestone in ‘Married at first sight’ wedding
Yesterday, on Easter Monday, Jeppe and Jantine reflected on a special milestone in their marriage. It was exactly six months ago that they said yes to each other, then as two complete strangers. The couple is once again treating them to a sweet snapshot on Instagram.
In Married at first sight Singles are linked together by matchmakers. They only meet in front of the altar. Although the success of the program is sometimes doubted, a handful of participants are still together. Patty and Bram take the crown with their seven-year marriage and are now parents of two daughters. Chantal and Nicolai have also been together for more than six years and welcomed a daughter and two sons together, twins.
