One of his suppliers, who wishes to remain anonymous, confirms that the owner has payment arrears and that is why he no longer does business with him. “Payments are continuing to be suspended, so bankruptcy seems imminent,” he explains. “Victims transferred enormous amounts, which ultimately did not go to the supplier and the technician.”

Distressing

And that leads to dire situations, the supplier also knows. “I have spoken to a number of victims. People who have already removed their old kitchen, but have not received a new one. Some are very old, seriously ill or have a newborn baby.”

According to the supplier, things have been going on in the Heerhugowaard kitchen store for a long time. “This has been going on for about two years now. He always seems to fill one hole with another. I fear that many people have lost their money.”

Before the judge

The owner appears to have payment arrears not only with customers, technicians and suppliers. Also with the building owner of the kitchen store, his business manager said when asked. “We are going to terminate the lease, but the gentleman has not yet responded.”

After all the misery, Noemi is done with it. She takes the owner to court. The case will be heard in the Alkmaar court on May 8. “He has had several chances to fix it. I no longer trust his quality and professionalism. The cake is gone.”

Repeated attempts have been made to contact the owner, but he is unreachable.
