Mariska Bauer is happy that juice channels never mention her husband Frans. This is what the singer’s wife says in the new one Beau Monde.
“We are both very reliable. I have been with Frans since I was sixteen. We are each other’s first love and simply belong together,” says 48-year-old Mariska Bauer.
Juicing vlogger Yvonne Coldeweijer regularly calls the fifty-year-old singer the most loyal celebrity in the Netherlands. His wife can laugh about that. “I think it’s funny that Yvonne ‘In French we trust‘ shouts the next time someone cheats.”
Frans and Mariska have never had a relationship crisis. “But we are sometimes angry with each other,” says Mariska, who has four sons with Frans. “For example, if I say ‘no’ to the boys and Frans says the opposite. Then I think: yes, hello?”

Mariska does not want to say what the secret of their relationship is. “We listen to each other, respect each other and we do a lot of things together,” she says. “They sometimes say that a lid fits on every jar. In our case, the lid is stuck tight. You can never open it again.”
