“It took a while to find out what we actually have together. That is also the reason we have not made it public,” says Dekker, known for hits such as Anne-Fleur Holiday, Satisfyer and Sugar daddy. “Also because we thought: so what? Let’s go on a date and see where it turns out.”

According to Dekker, people are “busy” with her love life. “Earlier this week we walked out of Albert Heijn and a girl was filming us. We looked at her and asked: ‘Are you doing well?’ Not much later that video was on TikTok.”

The singer also notices that she is a lot more self-confident on the street these days. “You feel that you are being stared at. Lately I have also been secretly filmed a lot. That takes some getting used to, especially when going out.”

“I’m nineteen, right? I’m not saying I can’t go out anymore, but it’s not fun anymore. Sometimes I get attacked by drunk guys who are really annoying.”
