STATE is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Revit modeler for our team in the Netherlands to work on a wide range of ambitious projects in the Netherlands and abroad.

Do you have an affinity with architecture and are you skilled in the technical development and detailing of different types of buildings in all design phases? What is your role at STATE?
As a draftsman you are an important link in the translation of vision into a feasible, sustainable and high-quality building. You therefore work early on in the multidisciplinary project team to convert the ambitions in a design assignment into an architectural BIM model. You are responsible for the technical development and detailing of various projects and keep a sharp and accurate eye on the planning. You work integrally together and therefore easily coordinate with the various design partners as well as your fellow architects and modelers.
What do you take with you to STATE?
– At least a completed HBO architectural education
– Good knowledge of construction technology
– Passion for architecture and aesthetics
– You have demonstrable experience with Revit
– 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the Netherlands
– You are precise, decisive and have a proactive attitude
– You can work well independently and together
– You have strong communication skills
– Good command of the Dutch and English language
– Good social skills and pleasant to be around
