MELISKERKE Last week the construction of six lifelong homes started on Pauwhoekstraat in Meliskerke. If everything goes according to plan, construction will be completed in September 2024.

Zeeuwland would like to promote traffic flow in Meliskerke. That is why tenants of Zeeuwland from Meliskerke are given priority. Because these people leave behind a rental home, homes become available again for others in the core.

Energy-efficient lifelong homes

The wide doorways, low thresholds and other adjustments ensure that residents can continue to live comfortably, even if their needs change over the years. The homes are Built Almost Energy Neutral (BENG) and are therefore very energy efficient. More information about the homes can be found on Zeeuwland.

Very fast construction

The homes are largely made in the factory and assembled on the construction site. This ensures very fast construction. This new way of building makes it even more possible to realize affordable homes for the target group. WTS architects from Vlissingen designed the homes. Contracting company Fraanje from ‘s-Heer Arendskerke is responsible for the construction of the homes.
