Fujitsu is launching an agency for the recruitment and selection of IT personnel in the Netherlands: Chrly. The recruitment agency has been active in Portugal and Belgium since 2021 and is now expanding to the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

The IT recruiter focuses on a wide range of profiles, such as specialists in application management, IT infrastructure and candidates with knowledge and experience within the business web application platform ServiceNow. Chrly not only helps find candidates, but can also temporarily strengthen the recruitment department of an organization. That happens both in house as at a distance. In addition, the recruiter promises to invest in young talent and continuously train candidates.

Chrly was created in 2020 after a digital transformation process within Fujitsu of which recruitment was a part. According to Fujitsu, there is a lot of demand for recruitment services. The Benelux team, which currently consists of 150 consultants, must grow to two hundred people within a year.

Personal approach

The agency wants to distinguish itself through a personal approach to candidates. It focuses on the candidate’s personal profile and then looks at the CV. An extensive network, knowledge of the market and in-house tooling should also contribute to a quick and qualitative ‘match’ between IT professionals and employers, says Fujitsu. According to Chrly director Maxime Cools, his company distinguishes itself in quality and speed through advanced tools that propose a wide range of suitable profiles. ‘Our focus on the individual allows us to present multiple vacancies at the same time, including vacancies other than those to which the candidate has responded. For example, we select based on geographical location, skills and personal interests, so that a candidate often has five to six directions to respond to.’

The company claims to find a number of suitable candidates within 48 hours on average. That would be ‘two to three times faster’ than competitors. The objective is to build long-term relationships, help as many people as possible and to continuously grow.
