The long-term tenant of the office at Daltonlaan 200 is the co-working concept De Stadstuin. With the arrival of De Stadstuin, the building was immediately fully rented. The Dalton Office Park comprises a total of 31,000 m² of office space and consists of six independent buildings that are distinguished by their individual architecture and character and are grouped around a central water feature.

Daltonlaan 200, also known as the Archiparc office building, offers approximately 5,600 m² of space spread over 9 floors. The strategic location in the east of Utrecht, in the immediate vicinity of the science park, the academic hospital and important transport hubs, in combination with public transport and ample parking at the building, makes Dalton Office Park a popular office location in the city. The entire complex carries the Breeam sustainability certificate.
