The financial app Revolut is today launching Daily Savings Accounts for more than 700,000 customers in the Netherlands.

Daily Savings Accounts are a new and better way for customers in the Netherlands to save money. This allows customers to earn a competitive interest rate of up to 3.50% effective interest on their deposits every day, with a limit of € 100,000. Moreover, they can open an Everyday Savings Account quickly and without hassle.

Daily Savings complements Flexible Accounts, which Revolut announced in the Netherlands earlier this year, allowing customers to invest their money in money market funds to grow their wealth in EUR, USD and GBP.

The Daily Savings Account is the latest feature of the all-in-one financial app, with customers able to access interest on deposits at the following variable annual gross interest rate from launch: 2.00% effective interest on Standard and Plus plans, 2.50% on Premium, 3% on Metal and 3.50% on Ultra.

Customers have instant access to their money while earning competitive interest, and can add or withdraw money at any time.

Albert Codorniu, General Manager of Savings at Revolut: “This is an important step in our mission to make Revolut the best choice for everyday banking. Our daily interest payments and instant withdrawal of savings make it easier and better than ever for our Dutch customers to save and grow their money. The Daily Savings Account is also covered by the Lithuanian Deposit Guarantee Scheme.”
