An explosion at a business premises on the Neonweg in Almere severely damaged the entrance door of the building during the night from Thursday to Friday.
The Click Global BV company branch is part of a closed business park that is only accessible via a remote-controlled gate. The perpetrators detonated the explosive at the rolling door of the building around 4:50 am.
To gain access to the site, the perpetrators cut part of the fence on the side. It is not yet known whether they then drove onto the site in a car. It is also not yet known whether the perpetrators entered the building. According to an entrepreneur who is also on the site and received a notification from his security company, the entire roller door was knocked out due to the impact. The police have conducted a neighborhood investigation and are looking for witnesses and security camera images.
No hassle and no stock
The owner of Click Global BV reacts shocked from abroad to the attack on her building. “We trade in telephones and accessories online and do not understand this at all. We do not have any arguments or problems with anyone. We also have good contact with the neighbors on the business park,” says director Khorshid Ahmad. “We have been here since August last year and have a two-year lease. We don’t really have a lot of stock at this location.”
