Foo Fighters headline Rock am Ring 2023 this Friday evening. It promises to be a special show. No ticket, but don’t want to miss anything? We show you how you can still be a little involved.
Visitors to the German festival Rock am Ring 2023 witness something special tonight: the first Foo Fighters show in Europe without drummer Taylor Hawkins. Will Dave himself take a seat with the drumsticks in hand? No, not because none other than Josh Freese is the new man behind the cymbals. As if that wasn’t enough, it’s also one of the exclusive shows the group is doing in Europe this summer.
There is also a chance that a number of new songs will be played tonight. The band has a brand new album out, But Here We Are. A number of these tracks have already been played at a handful of shows in the United States in recent weeks.

Although they won’t be performing at any festival in the Benelux this summer, we still want to make sure you can see Dave and his bandmates. At least, a little bit. You only have to do a few things for that. The most important thing is to keep this Friday night free in your agenda! Then you make sure a nice drink is ready, for much more reasonable prices than those of the average festival coin.
You’re almost there, because we’ve already prepared the link to the live stream for you. This way you can be a bit with the Foo Fighters tonight. And last but not least… shout very loudly from behind your laptop or TV!
