Kevin Spacey has responded to some abuse allegations against him. Those accusations are made in the upcoming documentary Spacey Unmasked. Ten men accuse the American actor of sexual violence.

The two-part documentary will be released in the United Kingdom on May 6 and 7. In an interview with Dan Wootton, titled Right of Reply (right of reply), the 64-year-old Oscar winner says: “I have nothing to hide anymore.”

The documentary will appear on the British channel Channel 4. Spacey announced on Thursday via X that he has asked the channel if he can be given seven days to respond to the accusations against him. The actor emphasizes that the stories “date from 48 years ago”. Channel 4 denied his request, Spacey said.

In the interview with Wootton, Spacey does address some issues and calls the documentary “one-sided”. “I will not sit back and allow myself to be attacked by this documentary from a dying channel in its desperate attempt to gain ratings.”

At the end of July last year, Spacey was acquitted in London of multiple charges of sexual misconduct. Four men accused him of this. Spacey has always denied the accusations against him.
