Edson Álvarez is on a Bayern Munich shortlist, writes BILD on Tuesday evening. The German record champion is looking for ‘casemiro type’ and the Mexican would meet that profile. However, the Ajax player does not seem to be the top candidate yet.
The German newspaper writes about the transfer plans of head coach Thomas Tuchel at Bayern Munich. It seems that the coach wants to create order and thus bend the selection to his will. The team has to be rebuilt. Joshua Kimmich is currently the ‘six’ of Bayern Munich, but Tuchel would see more of an ‘eight’ in him. The place that is freed up as a result could be filled by Álvarez.
